And on top of that, I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Very severe in fact because I have more than 100 apneas per hour and my oxygen level is at 40% in my bl00d at night. It's a bit dramatic. The important thing is that I know it now. But it's a problem right now, because since I'm aware of this problem, I'm not able to sleep at all. So I was super fragile, emotional, on edge... And currently, I don't have the money to buy the machine to help me sleep, and that too, adds to the anxiety. In short I cried all week and it's ok π₯Ήβ€οΈβπ©Ή ...
