Having him fully relaxed throughout made the experience really all his own (which is my goal) - but - ๐ช during this session the microphone kept ๐ฅ popping ๐งจ. These things happen, and such is the nature of technology (the adage, 'being great until it isn't'), but this was different... The mics seemed to pic up and release at moments that correspond to my lovely client @cj.in.la's heart rate. Please enjoy! ๐๐พ -G Part 2: There wasn't much more needed to keep CJ feeling relaxed and just coasting from moment to moment (once he's all warmed up).
