In the morning, I had a middle split session, my second attempt ever, and OMG, I was just shocked at how painful it was. For the first time, I cried during a workout because the tears just came on their own π₯²π
. Now my pelvic bones hurt like hell, and I canβt really move my legs much π
I went to a coach who doesnβt hold back AT ALL π and decided that, for now, I wonβt go back to this one. Iβll visit another coach occasionally, someone with a gentler approach, because today I honestly felt like I was going to die πππ
People with great flexibility are absolute heroes in my eyes because itβs insanely painful, and you just have to endure itβgritting your teeth, crying, screamingβjust powering through.
Anyway, no other news for now. Tomorrow is dance practice, and I hope Iβll survive π
On Sunday, Iβll just spend the whole day lying down, binge-watching shows, and eating candy. Thatβs it! ππ€
