But I realized one important thing - my body works for me every day, it is my nearest and dearest. π I decided not to say hurtful words to it anymore, and instead thank it for everything it does. π I now choose caring over criticism: applying cream with love, buying beautiful lingerie, and noticing how my mood changes. πΈ Let's try treating ourselves like a best friend too, shall we? π₯°
