I recently decided to try my hand at something completely new to me - making sushi! đ I never thought it would be so exciting and challenging at the same time. đ¤
It started with a trip to the store where I spent a long time choosing the perfect rice, the freshest produce, and of course, a bamboo twisting mat. In the kitchen, I turned into a real chef, trying to comprehend all the intricacies of Japanese cuisine. đĒđ
At first I thought I was pretty good at it, but funny enough, my first roll looked like a little piece of abstract art. đ However, with each new roll I got more and more confident. In the end, even though it wasn't perfect, it was pretty darn tasty! đ
I feel like this experience was the start of something new in my life - I'll definitely be experimenting in the kitchen more often now. Have you ever tried making sushi at home? What are your impressions? đŖđ¤ˇââī¸
