I have another Dr appointment today to talk about my hormones, and possibly get some help with these ups and downs I truly believe follow my hormone cycle. Iβve been looking into hormone replacement therapy, and a possible hysterectomy to help with this never ending depression circle jerk Iβve always experienced, but I have questions and will hopefully have more information today π
