Added 2023-11-13 11:04:01 +0000 UTCIT'S MY BIRTHDAYYYY ππ and also officially day 1 of prep π A couple of stills from some posing practice I did last night π₯° I trained upper body this morning and the rest of today will be finishing meal prep, doing cardio later and then taking one of my kitties to the vet π₯² yesterday evening was spent celebrating with my family so that I could start off my comp prep today by ticking all of the boxes. wrapping up this gaining phase at roughly 78kg - I'm aiming to do my first show at the end of March so it's looking to be around a 20+ week prep π΅βπ« Fat burners are officially back in as of this morning (clenbuterol, T3 & T4), I'm not expecting to be using steroids again until probably the back end of my prep so hopefully my strength sticks around for now!! Exciting times ahead π
