Sorry for taking a tiny break β€οΈ my heartburn has been next level I got diagnosed with GERDS when i was 21 but its never been an issue after I changed my diet until now π everytime I lay down at night I feel like im on fire but Im finally starting to feel better and if i dont make anything today I definitely will tomorrow β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ baby and I are both doing well tho
