My rehab/pre-hab whatever you want to call it is paying off ๐ it focuses more on individual parts and things that I noticed my body reacts really well to. My splits are getting squarer and feel better to just sit in. The last time I was able to get my foot over my head was about 4 yrs ago, I think this is progress ๐ If I could spend all day rolling around on the floor I probably would ๐๐๐
