It has been a crazy week already! đ”âđ«đ”âđ« There is just so much going on this month that I actually had to get my whiteboard out and write a whole calendar which is something I haven't done in a very very long time đ€Łđ€Ł
I'm also going to start meal prepping again because I really need to get super serious about hitting my protein goals if I'm going to get some gainz đ€Łđ€Ł hopefully I get to seriously lift again soon đ I can't believe I actually miss it! đ€Łđ€Ł
