I mentioned I got off my medication, so this was the first test of how depression goes raw for me here lol it was quite rough but I did it and am gonna keep trying to stay off the meds for a while longer, it has been REALLY nice to be less sleepy otherwise! Sorry if that makes me a but spotty posting here β€οΈ Much love to those of you who also experience chronic depression, brain flu sucks lol But thank you so so much for being here π I'm happy to be here too
