I mean I get that tsurai wants their friendship back but good lord he is being really desperate and all the way up mints ass and wasnโt being considerate at all of mint I donโt understand where all this unwarranted hate for mint is coming from ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ my poor son

2023-06-06 20:04:57 +0000 UTCJulius is such a fascinatingly complex character. I appreciate that he isnโt completely a good or bad person. Naturally, his relationship with mint doesnโt appear to be healthy, but he isnโt a completely abusive villain, which would be so easy to do. I mean, just look at these comments, some proclaiming that Julius is the worst of the worst and should be cast down so the OTP can happen, while others are rather indifferent and find him an interesting foil to Tsurai. I just hope that the authors keep this tightrope walk and donโt make him into a cartoonish villain. This comic is about flawed, genuinely written characters. None of them are perfect, (yes, even sweet boy Tsurai), and none of them are complete monsters. Allow the story to unfold and the characters to develop and change, rather than immediately branding any of them with characteristics that they cannot live up to.
