love hearing your thoughts on this! his lyrics can be hard to hear so impressed with your first listen thoughts lol. he is going on tour (and i got tickets for chicago, so excited) so hopefully you can go! i also thought i heard sierra's vocals on close enough to feel you so im glad someone else heard it as well

I absolutely love this new sound heโs exploring & the vocal stylings heโs experimenting with but I agree it makes it hard to hear the lyrics until you memorize them. ๐ He has made a beautiful visualizer for every song along with the video for Shakes. Would love to see you check those out! He is actually going on tour starting next month! Itโs called the Nostalgia for a Time That Never Existed tour which Iโm convinced was his runner up title for the EP but he probably didnโt want to do a super long title again. ๐ I hope you get the chance to go! Promises is my favorite - you were right that song & Close Enough To Feel You have his wife Sierraโs vocals on them. ๐ And Benny is a song about his older brother Ben & his guilt of feeling disconnected/missing out on so much due to so many years spent on a different continent than his family. ๐
